From I 85
Take the 109 exit, go south 17 miles.
Take 109 towards Denton, NC.
When you get to Denton, turn left onto Hwy 47 in between
Bojangles and Advance Auto Parts.
Follow 47 all the way through to the stop sign at Hwy 49
(divided highway).
Turn Right onto Hwy 49 South.
Look for us on the left, then take the next turnaround to come
back up to the lot.
From 220 BYPASS
Take Hwy 49 South for 13 miles.
Diamond Outdorr will on your left.
Take the next turnaround to come back up to the lot.
What
you should know:
*We are not responsible
for permits, covenant searches, or restrictions. Please contact
your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for
information. If permits are required in your area then an
engineered building, must be purchased, or unit will be
installed "AS IS" on lot.
*Sub-contractors need clear access for a 60' truck and
trailer to within 30' of the job site & a minimum of 5'
clear/level work space on each side of unit. Lot must be level
or unit will be installed "AS IS" on lot. If land is not level
or additions are to be made to carport/building, a $50.00 return
trip fee will be charged ( Additional charges will apply if
subcontractors have to carry materials & equipment further than
a reasonable distance from truck/trailer to job site or
have to adjust build due to site problems or customer's special
request.)
*Balance must be paid before sub-contractor begins
installation. All sub-contractors must be paid separately.
*Customer must stay at least 50' from job site.
*25 year limited warranty on rust-through of framing or
roofing material, assuming normal user care and maintenance.
One year warranty on workmanship and garage doors.
*Returned check fee is $30.00.
*No refunds on special order items or deposits. If full
payment has not been paid to Diamond
Outdoor we have the right to repossess the
carport/building.
*Customer Service will contact you when order is placed
and a minimum of one to two days before delivery and setup.
*This agreement is not a binding contract due to
circumstances out of our control
(weather, accidents, unforeseen installation problems, etc.)
